what is a mail club
The Minimalist Mail Club is a monthly letter subscription designed to bring slowness, beauty, and human connection back into everyday life. Inspired by slow living, nostalgia, and meaningful connection. For people who miss meaningful mail.
Each month for a small fee you receive a thoughtfully curated envelope in the mail. Featuring handwritten reflections, printed photographs, small paper keepsakes, and occasional meaningful surprises designed to be held onto.
when will my letter arrive?
Letters are sent during the first week of each month.
To receive the upcoming edition, please subscribe by the 28th of the current month.
For example:
• Join between May 1–28 → receive the June edition
• Join after May 28 → receive the July edition
about shipping & tracking
To keep the subscription cost reasonable, tracking information is not available.
For orders in the USA, Mail Club letter is mailed via USPS with a Forever U.S. stamp. Tracking information is not available. Letters typically arrive within 1–5 business days, but please allow up to 10 days from the shipping date for delivery. If your mail has not arrived after this window, please contact me for help.
For international customers, Mail Club is shipped via USPS using a Global Forever stamp. Tracking information is not available and letters typically arrive within 7–21 business days after shipping. During holiday season there may be a delay. Please be patient as delivery may take up to 6 weeks or longer. Other variants are your country’s postal service and customs processing times.

how do I pause/cancel my subscription or change address
You can pause or cancel your Mail Club subscription at any time by logging into your account. Pausing your subscription means you will not be charged for upcoming months, and you can restart it whenever you’d like. Canceling your subscription will stop all future shipments and charges.
You can update your shipping address by logging into your account and editing your subscription details.
If you are unable to update it there, please reach out via the Contact form. I can help and update the address as soon as possible.
If your order has already been placed, you cannot change your address yourself. You must fill out the contact form. That way I can update it it before your letter ships out.
If your Mail has already been sent and the estimated delivery time for your U.S. or international order has passed, please reach out via the contact form.
can I gift a subscription?
